Chuck Schumer visited Tavolo's in Utica Monday to discuss the relief coming to restaurants through the American Rescue Plan.

Schumer visited the restaurant called tavalo on north genesee street.

He is touting the american rescue covid relief package that was signed into law last week that contains aid specifically for restaurants....calle d the new restaurant relief fund... restauarant are now eligible for their own direct federal pandemic relief.

Schumer was joined today by uica mayor robert palmieri, oneida county executive anthony picente and tavolo owner sal borruso.
