Survivors of mine blasts, cross-border firing get artificial limbs in JandK
Indian Army in collaboration with a Delhi-based NGO organised an artificial limbs measurement camp on March 23 for people who lost their arms, legs in mine blasts and cross-border firing in Poonch.
"We'll provide artificial limbs free of cost to beneficiaries," an NGO official said.
The proposed anti-foreign NGO law could bring more attention to the left-wing nationalist Movement of Socialists party, which currently has just two MPs in the 250-seat National Assembly.

The Indian Army on Sunday paid rich tributes to two soldiers who lost their lives in separate encounters in Jammu and Kashmir's Kulgam district, which also resulted in the neutralisation of five militants. The solemn ceremony was held at the Badami Bagh cantonment in Srinagar.
