Indian side was led by Indus Water Commissioner Pradeep Kumar Saxena.
Pakistani side was led by Pakistanโs Indus Water Commissioner Mehran Ali Shah.
The last Permanent Indus Commission meeting had taken place in August 2018 in Lahore.
