California is less than 48 hours away from vaccine eligibility opening up to millions of people, and some people who are already eligible are having trouble finding appointments. Rick Montanez reports.
Stanislaus County announced Tuesday that on April 1, those 16 and older would be eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine. Also, 13 counties moved to the Red Tier.
