Delhi Police organise passing out parade of DANIPS officers

Delhi Police organized passing out parade of the 20th batch of Andaman and Nicobar Islands Police Service (DANIPS) officers at police training college, Jharoda Kalan Delhi.

On this occasion, Commissioner of Delhi Police, SN Shrivastava accepted the salute of the marching contingents.

Commissioner presented the trophies to the achievers and congratulated all the passing-out officers and acknowledged the challenges faced by Delhi Police.

The newly inducted officers were given inputs of the police investigation.

They have been sensitized on gender issues and a crime against vulnerable sections of the society.

High-level training involved driving, firing, handling of latest weaponry as well as explosives, besides physical endurance.

During their basic training, trainees were also given the knowledge of IPC, CrPC, evidence act, computers, cybercrime, traffic rules, and human rights.
