Watch: From terrorists in J&K, rifle widely used by US military recovered
Two terrorists were eliminated in Jammu and Kashmir on March 28.
Vijay Kumar, Inspector General of Police, Kashmir, said that Shopian police had received information about some terrorists hiding in a village, following which, a cordon was laid by police, Army, and CRPF.
An encounter subsequently broke out in which a terrorist affiliated with Hizbul Mujahideen, and another linked to Lashkar-e-Taiba were killed.
Kumar said that an AK47 rifle, a pistol, and an M4 rifle were recovered from the terrorists.
The M4 carbine is widely used by US military personnel.

In the aftermath of the Reasi terror attack, Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha visited the injured pilgrims, providing them with comfort and support.
