A cold frontal passage resulted in a few thunderstorms, especially across southeast Florida on Tuesday, March 30 and brought a huge waterspout to the shores of South Beach in Miami.
A wave of deadly tornadoes struck across five southern states, leaving a trail of destruction in their wake. Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, Kentucky and Mississippi all reported tornadoes.
