Bhubaneswar streets empty as Odisha govt bans public Holi celebrations

Streets in Bhubaneswar were seen deserted on the festival of Holi on March 29.

Odisha government has banned Holi celebrations at public places in the state in view of COVID-19 pandemic.

According to the state government's health department website, Odisha currently has 1,650 active Covid-19 cases.

The state's cumulative case count is 3,40,194.
