When country is celebrating the festival of colours today, people of Shahjahanpur celebrated their traditional 'joota maar' Holi.
In this Holi, a person is designated as a 'Laat Sahab' - personifying a Britisher, and gets paraded around on a buffalo cart and shoes are being hurled at him.
Security forces are deployed for the security of the 'Laat Sahab'.
