The New York Police Department is investigating what they say is a “hate crime assault” against a 65-year-old Asian woman who was punched and kicked in midtown Manhattan by an attacker who allegedly made anti-Asian statements toward her, according to the police.

hush money case puts forth “substantial constitutional questions of the highest importance.”.

Gender Dysphoria, Significant distress that is caused when a person's gender
identity doesn't align with their assigned birth gender. .
Gender Expression, The external appearance of one's gender identity which may
