Delhi: Fire at Dilshad Garden factory, over 100 personnel deployed to douse blaze

A fire broke out in a factory in Delhi’s Dilshad Garden Industrial Area on Thursday.

The fire department was informed at around 8.30 am about the blaze.

Officials said at least 25 fire tenders have been rushed to the spot to douse the blaze.

Huge amount of smoke was seen billowing from the building near MTNL Office Damodar Park.

Fire broke out at the stationery godown on the third floor of a four-floor building.

Officials added that no casualties have been reported so far in the fire.

Officials further said that the cause of the blaze is yet to be ascertained.
