Man Arrested In Connection With Shooting That Wounded Toddler, But Shooter Remains At Large
The man who was arrested, Jushawn Brown, was in the car with 21-month-old Kayden Swann.
But police are still looking for the person who fired shots at the car and struck Jayden, and they were back on the scene on Lake Shore Drive on Thursday.
