Elephant calf accidently fell into an abandoned well while roaming around | Oneindia News

Elephant calf rescued from 15 feet deep abandoned well with the help of heavy machine in Mayurbhanj district of Odisha on Apr 10.“The calf accidently fell in to the well last night while it was roaming.

We were informed of the movement of the elephant and we immediately rushed to the spot and rescued with the help of local fire department.

We have been keeping eye on the movement of the calf,” said Rabi Narayan Mohanty, Range Officer.
