As India battles a second COVID wave, Union Law and Justice Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad called the 2nd wave a 'global phenomenon'.

"The second wave of COVID19 is a global phenomenon.

What is important is how the government is responding.

Till today, around 11 crore doses of vaccine have been administered.

It is a satisfactory speed," he said.
