Some Chicago Loop high rises were taking no chances Thursday night after the Civilian Office of Police Accountability released video of the fatal police shooting of 13-year-old Adam Toledo.
An office building on Washington and Clark was one of many that boarded up windows in case any protests get out of hand.
Last summer hundreds of windows were smashed downtown during racial justice protests following the death of George Floyd.
