Watch: Shiv Sena demands special Parliament session to discuss Covid crisis

Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut has demanded that a special Parliament session be convened to discuss the ongoing Covid crisis in the country.

He said that he has been speaking to several political leaders over the last few days and every state has been saying that the situation is very serious.

Raut said that if a special session of the Parliament is called, states’ issues can be addressed.

This comes as the BJP and Shiv Sena have been locked in a war of words over the Covid situation in the country.

At present, Maharashtra is also struggling with a shortage of medical oxygen and Remdesivir.
