Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal tests COVID positive

Union Human Resource Development Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank tested positive for COVID-19 on April 21.

Pokhriyal, took to Twitter to announce that he has been tested positive for the virus.

He also requested every individual to get themselves tested who come in his contact.
