Car Taken With Children Inside In South Lakeview; Thieves Dropped Children Off Unharmed
The car was stolen on Wolfram Street near Southport Avenue with a 12-year-old girl and an 11-month-old girl inside, police say.
They were dropped off two blocks away, but the thieves and the car ended up on the South Side.
