At any moment, the Civilian Office of Police Accountability (COPA) is expected to release video showing a Chicago police officers hooting and killing 22-year-old Anthony Alvarez last month in Portage Park.
Mayor Lori Lightfoot today said she wouldn't comment on the COPA investigation, but implied the foot chase began after some type of traffic violation.
