A quarter-million dollar grant awarded to Allen County will be used to expand resources for women who have experienced domestic violence or substance use disorder resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic.
Douglas County commissioners voted to opt out of the Tri-County public health order which would essentially take over after the state's COVID-19 dial expires on April 16.
