Colorado lawmakers introduce 2021 transportation fee bill

A transportation bill was unveiled Tuesday with the main goal of leveraging fee increases and new fees on gasoline, diesel, ride-sharing services, retail orders and electric vehicle registrations to come up with about $3.8 billion over the next 11 years and pairing that with about $1.5 billion in contributions from the general fund, for a package estimated at about $5.3 billion.
