Prime Minister Boris Johnson has described the early election results as “very encouraging”, adding this is because the Government has been focusing on “our priorities, the people’s priorities, and bouncing back from the pandemic as much as we can.”The Prime Minister spoke during a visit to Severn Trent Academy in Coventry.
Boris Johnson made a surprise appearance on the general election campaign trail on Tuesday night, telling a Tory rally: “We’re all here because we love our country.”
He repeated warnings of a Labour "supermajority" and said a vote for Reform UK would contribute to that majority.
