During India-EU Leaders' meeting, Prime Minister Narendra Modi talked about rationale of stronger relationship of India not just with EU but with all EU member states and described India-EU strategic partnership as force multiplier for global goods in 21st century, informed Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) Secretary Vikas Swarup on May 08.

"Today's meeting provided platform to leaders of India and EU to exchange views on three broad clusters - (1) trade, technology and connectivity, (2) COVID19, environment and climate change and (3) foreign policy, security and regional issues.

In his initial remarks, Prime Minister (PM Modi) talked about rationale of stronger relationship of India not just with EU but with all EU member states and described India-EU strategic partnership as force multiplier for global goods in 21st century.
