Keir Starmer says Johnson made bad decisions during pandemic
Sir Keir Starmer says that we need to “get to the bottom” of Dominic Cummings’s allegations and that he cannot “be the last word” on them.
He adds that the buck stops with the prime minister, whom he says did not make good decisions during the pandemic, including allowing care home patients to be readmitted without tests.
