Michael Burrell is outside in Tampa, Florida and says that swimming in the rain is 100 times more fun than swimming on a sunny day. As he jumps into the pool, thunder goes off on June 25.
Morning rain followed by a few afternoon and evening storms today. Drier air begins to move in this evening, but the humidity will really drop Thursday afternoon.
