The family of an elderly man found dead in a transportation van outside the Canyon Winds Assisted Living and Memory Care facility are now questioning whether the facility followed its own protocols.
Family and friends of a murdered North Royalton family said justice was snatched away after a court tossed out the conviction and death sentence of the man who admitted to killing them.
