The Detroit Police Department is seeking assistance in identifying and locating three suspects and a vehicle connected to a homicide on the city's east side.
Jackson City Council voted on Tuesday, Aug. 17 to move $1.5 million to a gun violence intervention program paid out of American Rescue Plan money Jackson received from the federal government.
