Weiss added that other areas are also at risk of experiencing severe storms and potential flash flooding. Southern Arkansas, northern Louisiana, Mississippi are likely to see strong winds and hail, Josh Weiss, National Weather Service meteorologist, via 'The Independent'. At the same time, the weather service has issued a heat advisory for several areas, including Corpus Christi, Laredo and McAllen
