Some of the beautiful but vulnerable corals on Neptune's Arm near the Island of Vamizi, Mozambique.
This a sequence from our film Vamizi - Cradle of Coral.
(You can watch the entire award-winning documentary on Vimeo.) Vamizi is the largest island in the Quirimbas Archipelago.
Its relative isolation from mainland Mozambique has preserved its natural beauty and wildlife.
It truly has magnificent coral reefs and is a unique breeding ground for whales, dolphins, turtles and and not least the endangered gray reef sharks.
