In an incident of a mid-air emergency, a flight from Bengaluru to Kolkata was diverted to the Bhubaneswar airport when a patient's health deteriorated mid-air.
The emergency landing of the AirAsia flight was made at Biju Patnaik International Airport to save the ill patient.
A massive fire broke out at the food court on the third floor of Kolkata's Acropolis Mall on Friday. Although no casualties were reported, the area was engulfed in smoke. At least 10 fire tenders reached the spot, and firefighters in oxygen masks entered to douse the flames while visitors were safely evacuated.
