In the weeks since Russia's invasion of Ukraine, an estimated three million Ukrainian refugees have fled the country, seeking safety elsewhere.
And while neighbouring states in Europe have offered temporary refuge to these civilians, Israel, a country roughly two thousand kilometres from Kiev, Ukraine's capital, is in the process of admitting thousands into the tiny country.
