Russia-Ukraine war has entered its 27th day and both the countries have agreed to exchange first Prisoners of War.
According to the report released by the Human Rights Commissioner in Russia, Tatyana Moskalkova, nine Russian servicemen were released in the exchange.
Keith Kellogg, Donald Trump's Ukraine envoy, has delayed his planned trip to Kyiv until after the inauguration, reflecting the complexities of US diplomacy regarding Ukraine.
