Days after Anil Baijal stepped down as the LG of Delhi, Vinai Kumar Saxena was named Delhi's new Lieutenant-Governor on Monday.

Vinai Kumar is the first-ever non-bureaucrat who has been appointed for the post of Lieutenant-Governor.
