According to CNN, following the state funeral,
the queen's coffin will be conveyed to Wellington
Arch before making its final journey to Windsor.
The queen will be laid to rest at St.
George's Chapel,
within the grounds of Windsor Castle, where her
coffin will be set in the Royal Vault below the chapel.
The ceremonial events are the result
of nearly two weeks of public arrangements,
codenamed 'Operation London Bridge.'.
London Mayor Sadiq Khan said of the scale of the operation, , “If you think about the London Marathon, the carnival, previous royal weddings, the Olympics – it’s all that in one.”.
