Super Mario 2 Solo Bass Guitar Tapping Cover [Overworld Theme]

My own arrangement of the overworld theme from Super Mario Bros 2 on a single bass guitar track.

I used tapping to cover the melody and bass line simultaneously.

I had though of covering this one a while ago, but wasn't sure if I could pull off that trill and continue with the walking bass line at the same time.

It turned out to be easier than I thought, while other parts of the song, such as getting the intro clean, proved to be more challenging than I anticipated.

Figuring out how to cover some of these video game songs is a fun challenge that I approach as if I am trying to solve a puzzle.

There aren't exactly an abundance of tabs or how-to videos for something like this, so I figure out myself what and how to play in a way best suited for me.
