According to the email, travel must be for "business-critical purposes" and have manager approval before arrangements are made.

Moving forward, Twitter's managers can spend $500 on a work-related trip, while a director can spend $5,000, a vice president can rack up $10,000 in expenses and "CEO staff" can drop $20,000.
