Israel diplomat slams IFFI jury head Nadav Lapid for remarks on The Kashmir Files | Oneindia News
At the closing ceremony of 53rd International Film Festival of India or IFFI Goa, jury head Nadav Lapid called The Kashmir Files 'propaganda, vulgar* film.'
The Ambassador of Israel to India, Naor Gilon were one among many who criticised Lapid.
He tweeted an open letter to him, an excerpt of which read, "feel free to use liberty to sound your criticism of what you dislike in Israel but no need to reflect your frustration on other countries".
Israel's airstrikes on Damascus have killed at least 15 people and injured 16 others, many of whom were women and children. The attack targeted residential buildings in the Mazzeh neighborhood and the Qudsaya area, carried out by Israeli warplanes coming from the occupied Golan Heights. This comes as Israel continues its military campaign in Gaza and Lebanon, where the death toll has been rising. These strikes also reflect Israel's ongoing efforts to target military positions linked to Hezbollah and Syrian forces in the region.
