In similar incident, The Atlanticâs editor was also accidentally added to another group with similar intel. The Pentagonâs Inspector General is now probing if national security was compromised, as doubts grow around the administrationâs denial that no classified information was leaked.

In a dramatic escalation, Yemenâs Houthi forces have shot down a second American MQ-9 Reaper drone within just 24 hours, using a locally-made surface-to-air missile. The footage shows the exact moment the US drone was hit over Sanaa Governorate â followed by scenes of flaming wreckage and victorious fighters on the ground. Houthi spokesperson Yahya Sarea claims this is the 21st US drone downed since November 2023.
