Nova Scotia mass casualty commission says government must "promote healthy masculinities"
The Mass Casualty Commission has finally released its report on a Nova Scotia denturist's 2020 killing spree that claimed 22 lives.
Among its many recommendations, the report calls on government declare gender-based violence an "epidemic," to "promote healthy masculinities," to ban virtually all semi-automatic firearms, and to limit the amount of ammunition a person can own.
