Two killed, 10 wounded as Russian forces hit Ukrainian museum
A Russian missile hit a museum building in a Ukrainian city on Tuesday, killing at least two people and wounding 10 others, part of a relentless barrage that comes as Ukraine is readying its forces for an expected spring counteroffensive.
Moscow has lowered the bar for using nuclear weapons and fired a missile capable of carrying a nuclear warhead into Ukraine, heightening tensions with the West.

French Foreign Minister Jean-Noel Barrot has stated that Ukraine may use French missiles to attack targets in internationally recognized Russian territory, without specifying whether such strikes have already occurred. Barrot stated that Paris does "not set and express red lines" in its support for Kiev, and that long-range strikes on Russian soil may be carried out by Ukraine "in the logics of self-defense." France supplied Ukraine with an unknown number of SCALP-EG cruise missiles.
