North Korea calls botched spy satellite launch ‘gravest failure’, vows 2nd launch | Oneindia News
Top North Korean officials vowed to push for a second attempt to launch a spy satellite as they called their country’s first, and failed, launch last month “the most serious” shortcoming this year and harshly criticised those who were responsible for the failed launch.
The pledge came at a ruling Worker’s Party of Korea meeting held between Friday and Sunday.
North Korea has fired an unidentified ballistic missile into the sea off South Korea's east coast, Seoul's military said on Monday, the latest in an apparent volley of tests by Pyongyang this year. "North Korea has fired an unidentified missile into the East Sea," South Korea's Joint Chiefs of Staff said, referring to the body of water also known as the Sea of Japan.
