Caviezel plays Tim Ballard, a former Homeland Security agent, who first started out arresting child traffickers.

Then he shifted his focus to also saving the victims of child trafficking, first with Homeland Security, then in the private sector.

This movie tells that story, including one mission to save a little girl at the request of her little brother.
