Delhi Ordinance: Raghav Chadha calls Ordinance undemocratic and against Constitution | Oneindia News

Parliament is likely to discuss the Bill intended to replace the Delhi ordinance.

The ordinance had been promulgated, resulting in the reversal of a Supreme Court constitution bench judgement.

This judgement had previously granted control of the Capital's bureaucracy to the elected government of Delhi.

AAP MP Raghav Chadha said, "This ordinance that will be introduced in the Parliament today is undemocratic.

This is not just against the Constitution of the country but also against the 1.2 crore people in Delhi.

The BJP has understood that they are finished in Delhi so their high command has taken this decision to destroy the Delhi government." Watch here.
