Studios attempts to restart negotiations between the WGA again
The alliance of motion picture and television producers have asked the Writers Guild of America to return to the negotiating table.
The producers have requested for a meeting to be scheduled Friday.
Tuesday was the first time in over three months that the studios have sought to end the standoff between with the WGA.
