Rescue workers combed through the rubble of damaged buildings in the city of Pokrovsk in eastern Ukraine on Tuesday.

It happened the day after Russian strikes killed at least seven people.

Pokrovsk sits just 50 km from the eastern frontline, where Moscow says it is gaining ground and repelling Ukrainian attacks.

Two missiles launched 40 minutes apart, damaged residential buildings, a hotel, catering establishments, shops and administrative buildings on Monday.

Senator JD Vance, nominated as Donald Trump's vice-presidential running mate, opposes continued US funding for Ukraine, advocating for peace negotiations instead. Zelensky Accepts Defeat to Putin? Top Commander Allegedly Ready to Surrender to Russia | Details

Ukraine’s top commander, Aleksandr Syrsky, is reportedly ready to lay down arms and capitulate to Russia, according to a claim made by a lawmaker from President Vladimir Zelensky’s party. The claim was made by MP Mariana Bezuglaya from the ‘Servant of the People’ party, who is also the deputy chair of the National Security, Defense, and Intelligence Committee. Syrsky, who became Ukraine’s highest-ranking general in early February, succeeded Valery Zaluzhny, the former general who oversaw last year’s unsuccessful attempts to repel Russian forces. Bezuglaya accused Syrsky and Zaluzhny of secretly colluding to prevent a Ukrainian victory, stating that the two generals belong to a “generals’ mafia” that is more interested in protecting their own privileges than in defeating Russia. #Zelensky #Putin #Ukraine #AleksandrSyrsky #Russia #Surrender #TopCommander #MilitaryConspiracy #ZelenskyGovernment #UkraineConflict #NationalSecurity #DefenseIntelligence #PoliticalTurmoil #InternalDivisions #RussianAggression #MilitaryStrategy ~PR.152~ED.103~HT.334~

US-India Relations at Stake: Biden Disturbed by Modi-Putin Visit During NATO Summit | Details Inside

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit to Moscow to meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin has stirred concerns within the Biden administration, especially as it coincided with a major NATO summit in Washington. This incident underscores the complexities of the U.S.-India relationship, as the U.S. tries to strengthen its alliance with India to counter China's growing influence. Will this meeting strain the growing ties between the two democracies? Watch to find out more. Zelensky's Biggest Blunder: Ukrainian General Sodol Sacked After Causing More Deaths Than Putin

Ukrainian President Zelensky has replaced Lieutenant General Sodol with Brigadier General Hnatov as head of the Joint Command of the Armed Forces. This change follows criticism of Sodol's leadership and recent Russian gains. Simultaneously, a Russian missile attack on Pokrovsk killed five and injured 41, including children. The leadership change is part of Zelensky's pattern of reshuffling military and political positions in response to battlefield setbacks. #UkrainianPresindet #VolodymyrZelensky #YurySodol #Ukrainemilitary #Militarynews #RussiaUkrainewar #Ukrainewarlive #Warnews #Warlive #Oneindia #Oneindianews
