Haryana restores internet services in violence-hit Nuh district after two weeks | Oneindia News
Internet services have been restored in Haryana's Nuh where communal clashes broke out two weeks ago, leaving six people dead and several others injured.
Mobile internet, SMS and broadband services were suspended in Nuh in view of the tense situation after the July 31 clashes between the two groups.
The clash started over an attempt to stop a religious procession that was organised by the Vishwa Hindu Parishad.
A bus fire on Haryana's KMP Expressway near Nuh killed nearly ten passengers and injured several others early Saturday. The bus, carrying about 60 people from Vrindavan, caught fire after passengers noticed a burning smell. Quick deboarding saved many, but the fire engulfed the bus rapidly. Survivors are receiving treatment, and an investigation is underway.
