North Carolina father facing charges for shooting driver who struck and killed son
A North Carolina father is facing murder charges after killing a man who struck and killed his son.
Chad Woods, his wife and 17-year-old son were walking on the side of the road after running out of gas when the incident happened.
Woods and his wife then fled the scene in the driver’s car.
