NBC Reporter CHALLENGES Trump Team Over White Crosses Video | WH Press Secretary FIRES BACK

A tense exchange erupted during a White House briefing as Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt defended Donald Trump's controversial video shown to South African President Cyril Ramaphosa. NBC's Yamiche Alcindor challenged the clip’s accuracy, saying it falsely portrayed a genocide of white farmers. The video featured dozens of crosses, allegedly representing slain farmers—though Alcindor noted they honored a single couple. Leavitt pushed back, claiming white South Africans are being killed and persecuted due to race. The moment underscores rising tensions around Trump’s rhetoric on race and global narratives. #WhiteHouse #KarolineLeavitt #DonaldTrump #SouthAfrica #GenocideClaim #NBCNews #YamicheAlcindor #FarmMurders #MediaClash #TrumpVideo #PressBriefing #OvalOffice #PoliticalControversy #Misinformation #GlobalPolitics #RaceAndPolitics #USNews #SouthAfricaPolitics #FactCheck #NewsClash #RacialNarratives #TrumpControversy #Journalism #MediaWatch #FakeNewsDebate #InternationalRelations #WhiteFarmers #SouthAfricanFarms #CrossesVideo #PresidentialMeeting #TrumpRhetoric Also Read Congress Slams Centre After Trump Reiterates India-Pakistan Ceasefire Claims: 'Why This Thundering Silence?' :: https://www.oneindia.com/india/congress-slams-centre-after-trump-reiterates-india-pakistan-ceasefire-claims-why-this-thundering-s-4160453.html?ref=DMDesc India-Pakistan Directly Negotiated Ceasefire: S Jaishankar Dismisses Trump's Mediation Claims :: https://www.oneindia.com/international/india-pakistan-directly-negotiated-ceasefire-s-jaishankar-dismisses-trumps-mediation-claims-4160395.html?ref=DMDesc US Defence Department Accepts Boeing 747 From Qatar For Trump's Use :: https://www.oneindia.com/international/us-defence-department-accepts-boeing-747-from-qatar-for-trumps-use-4160231.html?ref=DMDesc ~HT.410~ED.194~

‘NO Genocide in South Africa’ | Ramaphosa rebukes Trump after fiery Oval office encounter

South African President Cyril Ramaphosa firmly rejected Donald Trump’s “white genocide” claims, declaring, “There is no genocide in South Africa.” The rebuttal followed a tense White House meeting where Trump presented graphic material to support his allegations. Ramaphosa, visibly upset, requested the footage be stopped. Trump’s claims come after granting asylum to 59 white South Africans. Ramaphosa emphasized that violence in South Africa affects all races and warned against equating current issues with the apartheid-era struggle. #Ramaphosa #Trump #SouthAfrica #WhiteGenocideClaims #BreakingNews #Apartheid #USPolitics #GenocideDebate #SouthAfricaNews #RSA #HumanRights #ImmigrationDebate #TrumpAsylum #PoliticalTensions #NoGenocide #GlobalPolitics #CyrilRamaphosa #TrumpVsRamaphosa #InternationalRelations #AfricaNews #WhiteHouseMeeting #SouthAfricanPresident #FactCheck #ViolenceInRSA #StopTheMyths #AntiApartheidLegacy Also Read India-Pakistan Directly Negotiated Ceasefire: S Jaishankar Dismisses Trump's Mediation Claims :: https://www.oneindia.com/international/india-pakistan-directly-negotiated-ceasefire-s-jaishankar-dismisses-trumps-mediation-claims-4160395.html?ref=DMDesc US Defence Department Accepts Boeing 747 From Qatar For Trump's Use :: https://www.oneindia.com/international/us-defence-department-accepts-boeing-747-from-qatar-for-trumps-use-4160231.html?ref=DMDesc US President Trump Confronts South African President Ramaphosa, Plays A Video Of Attacks On White Farmers :: https://www.oneindia.com/international/us-president-trump-confronts-south-african-president-ramaphosa-plays-a-video-of-attacks-on-white-fa-4160223.html?ref=DMDesc ~HT.318~

Ramaphosa Trolls Qatar’s Jet Gift to Trump With Savage Swipe: 'I Don’t Even Have a Plane to Give!'

South African President Cyril Ramaphosa stole the spotlight with a sharply delivered remark that left world leaders—and social media—buzzing. In what appeared to be a cheeky jab at the recent headlines around Qatar gifting a private jet to Donald Trump, Ramaphosa quipped during a diplomatic exchange: “I don’t even have a plane to give!” The unexpected comment, made in Trump's presence, was met with laughter and raised eyebrows at the high-level event. While Qatar’s controversial gesture drew criticism and praise across political lines, Ramaphosa’s unfiltered response added a bold twist to the narrative. #TrumpRamaphosa #Ramaphosa #DonaldTrump #TrumpMeeting #WhiteHouseMeeting #OvalOffice #USSouthAfrica #SApolitics #USforeignpolicy #ZelenskyMoment #GenocideClaims #WhiteGenocideDebunked #RamaphosaTrump2025 #DiplomaticDrama #PressConference #InternationalRelations #LandReformDebate #SouthAfricaNews

Ramaphosa Happily Dodged ‘Zelensky Moment’ With Trump? Jokes Some Wanted ‘DRAMA’; ‘No Genocide in…’

On May 21, 2025, South African President Cyril Ramaphosa met with U.S. President Donald Trump in the Oval Office, where the discussion took an unexpected turn. Trump confronted Ramaphosa with unverified footage alleging a "white genocide" in South Africa, a claim that has been widely debunked by South African officials and international observers. The incident was reminiscent of a previous confrontation between Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, leading some to speculate that Ramaphosa had successfully navigated a potential diplomatic crisis.
