Russian President Vladimir Putin is not planning to attend the funeral of mercenary chief Yevgeny Prigozhin following his death in a plane crash, the Kremlin said on Tuesday.
Yevgeny Prigozhin and his mercenaries seized a military HQ and began marching toward Moscow but called off their mutiny after a few hours. Prigozhin was later killed in an airplane crash, while Wagner has been all but disbanded.

Russian and Chinese naval forces have commenced a series of joint military exercises, titled 'Maritime Joint-2024,' in the Pacific Ocean.
