Charles and Camilla were guests of honour at the black tie event hosted by French President Emmanuel Macron and his wife in the Palace of Versailles' Hall of Mirrors.

Among the guests were actor Hugh Grant, singer Mick Jagger and the foreign secretary James Cleverly.
